Vanessa Ripoll De la Cruz has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 with an internship at the Consulado General de la República de Colombia. In 2009, they worked as an Assistente Comunicazione e Marketing at Constructora Ripoll Ltda. In 2010, they were an Assistente Ufficio stampa, Comunicazione e Marketing at Futurenet Group. In 2011, they worked as a Communication and Marketing Manager at Constructora Ripoll LTDA. In 2012, they were a Progetto Consulenza - MAFED at Poliform. In 2013, they were an E-Commerce - Customer Experience at Italiantouch - Gruppo Diego Della Valle. In 2015, they were a Consulenza - l'ideazione e l'avvio del sito web di e-commerce gustorotondo.it at Gustorotondo - MA.DE. From 2016-2020, they worked at The Level Group, first as an E-commerce Project Manager and then as an E-commerce Fraud and Payments Management. Most recently, they have been the Head of Success Management at Live Story.

Vanessa Ripoll De la Cruz received their Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from SDA Bocconi in 2012. Vanessa obtained their Professional Degree in International Relations from Universidad del Norte between 2004 and 2010. In 2007 and 2008, they were an Exchange Student at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, studying International Relations and Political Sciences. Additionally, they obtained a Certification in BUSINESS USER from Live Story in February 2022.
