Ashley Reid has a diverse work experience in marketing and graphic design. Ashley started their career as a Coach at Killarney Synchro from 2003 to 2008, where they provided training programs and supervised athletes. Ashley then worked as an Assistant Manager/Head Lifeguard at South Calgary Outdoor Pool from 2007 to 2008, managing the pool operations and ensuring community involvement.

In 2008, Ashley joined Meridian Marketing Group as a Graphic Designer before moving on to the ALDO Group as a Senior Graphic Designer from 2009 to 2014, where they worked on AGI projects. Ashley then worked at Rogers Communications as a Graphic Designer - The Shopping Channel in 2014.

From 2015 to 2018, Ashley worked at Factors Group of Companies as a Graphic Designer and later as a Senior Graphic Designer. Ashley then joined MEC™ as a Creative Lead & Graphic Designer from 2018 to 2019.

In 2019, Ashley worked as a Marketing Specialist at Cutler before joining Linetest in 2020 as a Producer / Account Manager. Currently, they are working at Live To Play Sports since 2020, starting as a Marketing Generalist at Axiom Cycling Gear / 49°N and progressing to the role of Marketing Lead.

Ashley Reid has a diverse education history. In 2004, they obtained a Bachelor of Design degree in Graphic Design from Alberta University of the Arts. They also completed an Associate's Certificate in Marketing Management - Marketing Communications from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2016-2017. Additionally, in 2015, they completed a Continuing Education program in Introduction to Web Art and Design at OCAD University. They have attended several business-related courses, including Fundamentals of Behavioural Insights at UBC Sauder School of Business in 2021, Business Analysis - Effective Communication at UBC Sauder School of Business in 2022, and the COC-SMITH GOVERNANCE EDUCATION SERIES at Smith School of Business at Queen's University in 2022. Ashley has also obtained various certifications, such as Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in 2023, Advanced Google Analytics and Google Analytics for Beginners from Google in 2017, and Digital Marketing from HubSpot Academy in 2022.
