Calvin S. is an experienced IT Support Specialist with a strong background in providing technical support and enhancing communication technologies. Currently employed at Live To Play Sports since December 2012, Calvin has led projects such as the deployment of Microsoft Teams and executed a hardware replacement initiative for retail operations. Previous experience includes delivering first-line support at BC Hydro, managing over 5000 employee requests, and providing support at Benefits by Design Inc., where Calvin revamped the corporate website. Additional roles at Best Buy and Day4 Energy Inc. contributed to Calvin's comprehensive skill set in technical support and systems administration. Calvin holds a diploma in Technical Studies from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
