Rachel McCutchen has a diverse work experience in the theater industry. Rachel started their career in 2006 as an Assistant Stage Manager for "The Drowsy Chaperone" and then moved on to work as a Stage Manager for various productions including "Broke-ology" in 2009, "Elf" in 2010, and "The Book Of Mormon" from 2011 to 2018. In 2018, Rachel took on the role of Sub Stage Manager for "Mean Girls" and later became the Vice President of Administration at Live X.

Rachel McCutchen attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. The field of study for their degree is not specified.
