Gerald Ziegler has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gerald began their career in 1999 as an Information System Security Officer in the US Navy, where they were responsible for maintaining and administering various networking and computing environments. From 2003 to 2006, Gerald worked as a Lead Instructor at the Center for Information Dominance Learning Site, supervising instructors and designing network infrastructures for training labs.
In 2006, Gerald joined Smartronix as a Network Engineer II, where they managed WAN infrastructure and ensured global LAN/WAN connectivity for over 300,000 users.
