Ben Isaksen

Ben Isaksen has had a variety of work experience since 2017. Ben began their career as a BPA at Uloba SA in 2017, then worked as a Researcher at Badenoch & Clark in 2018. In 2018, they also took on the role of HR & Co-owner at High Value Transport, where they were responsible for recruitment, administration and training, and development of systems for these areas. In 2019, they were a Salesperson at Redux Enterprise, where they created simple demo content for YouTube and assisted with product feedback and development of websites. Ben was also a Co-Founder & Front-end Developer at Magnify and a Human Resources employee at Orbdent. In 2020, they worked as a Goods Flow Co-worker at IKEA and a Public Affairs Student Employee at Ensign College. In 2021, they are a Front-End Software Engineer at LiveAuctioneers and a Founder at Retentia, where they are conducting market research and is a fullstack developer.

Ben Isaksen began their educational journey in 2011 when they attended Skien High School, where they studied Generals and music until 2014. In 2017, they started their Bachelor's degree in Strategic HR-Management at Kristiania University College, which they completed in 2020. That same year, they also began an Associate's degree in Computer Software Engineering at Ensign College, which they are currently pursuing. In 2017, Ben also took a course in Dutch & Innovation and entrepreneurship at the University of Oslo (UiO). In February 2022, they obtained a certification in Avoiding Insider Trading from Traliant.
