Evelyn Azbell

Evelyn Azbell is an experienced professional in library and educational services, currently serving as Technical Services/Outreach Librarian at Phillips Public Library since October 2021. With past roles including LiveBinders Certified Trainer and Business Developer at Red Apple Center, Evelyn has demonstrated expertise in community engagement, branding, and fundraising initiatives.
