Marzena Czapaluk

Marzena Czapaluk graduated from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business in the field of Finance and Banking with the 5 th highest result. She has 20 years of experience as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Now she is a Chief Financial Officer in MKK3 Sp. z o.o. but also runs a coaching and mentoring business.

Czapaluk was a member of the board and a Chief Financial Officer in eobuwie.pl S.A. in years 2015-2019. She was also a CFO in G2A.COM (interim), Lumel S.A. (Rishabh Group), and Max Elektronik S.A. (a member of Sygnity Group). Moreover, she was a deputy of the President of the Department of Corporate Supervision and Capital Transactions in Sygnity S.A.

Czapaluk was a member of supervisory boards of Protektor S.A. (Vice Chairwoman), Gino Rossi S.A., Lumel Śląsk Sp. z o.o. (Chairwoman), Dolnośląska Szkoła Bankowa sp. z o.o. Moreover, she is a founding member of FINEXA (Association for Corporate Financial Managers).

She was awarded among others the FCCA designation granted by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (a certificate in finance and banking). She graduated from Strategic Leadership Academy in the field of Advanced Executive Education conducted by ICAN Institute.
