Delaney Weiland

Delaney Weiland has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2015, they started working at Outback Steakhouse as a Head Waitress, where they managed the dining experience for 40-60 customers per shift and utilized strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction. In 2020, Delaney joined Meridian Technologies as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in talent acquisition and working closely with HR and other departments. Delaney then transitioned to Mitchell Martin Inc. in 2022 as an Account Executive, responsible for staff augmentation and providing solutions to clients. Currently, Delaney is working at LiveHire as a Client Success Specialist.
