Kristie Montemayor is a seasoned professional in proposal management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Proposal Team Manager at Lively, Inc. since August 2023, Kristie previously worked as a Proposal Consultant at Once Upon an RFP and held various managerial roles at Optum, including Manager of the Proposal Development Team and Senior Proposal Project Manager at ConnectYourCare. Kristie's background also includes significant contributions to Interactive Health, Inc. as an RFP Writer/Content Manager and Aon Hewitt as a Senior Proposal Development Manager. Kristie holds a B.A. in Exercise and Sports Science Management from Carthage College and an Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing from the College of Lake County.
