Daniel Benonis, M.A., MT-BC, LPC, serves as the Clinical Coordinator, Music Therapy Faculty, and Clinic Manager at Immaculata University since May 2018. With extensive experience in music therapy, Daniel facilitates group sessions for various populations including adolescents and adults with mental health or substance use disorders at Onward Behavioral Health, and works with adults facing substance abuse challenges at the Livengrin Foundation. Daniel operates a self-employed practice since 2011, providing music therapy to private clients, including premature infants. Previous roles include Neurological Music Therapist at Counseling and Rehabilitation Services, Lead Expressive Therapist at Foundations Behavioral Health Services, and music therapy services for children with hearing disabilities at Montgomery County Intermediate Unit, among others. Daniel is pursuing a Doctorate in Music Therapy at Temple University, holding a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy from Immaculata University.
