Debra Tate is an accomplished professional in human resources and education with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Counselor at Livengrin Foundation, Debra previously worked as a Global HR Technology & Strategy Consultant at Vanguard and held significant roles at organizations including COUNCIL ROCK SCHOOL DISTRICT/ESS, Wolters Kluwer, Aramark, Avon Products, Bristol Myers-Squibb, The Chauncey Group International, and Arthur Andersen. With an educational background that includes a BA in Psychology from Penn State University, an MA in Applied Research & Program Evaluation from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Certificate in Addiction Studies from Villanova University, Debra has developed expertise in HR operations, technology integration, and organizational effectiveness.
