Lauranne Jarrett

Lauranne Jarrett has over 30 years of work experience in finance and entrepreneurship. Lauranne currently serves as the Head of Finance at LiveOak Venture Partners since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the CFO/CCO at CenterGate Capital, L.P. from 2015 to 2020. Lauranne also held the position of Herb Kelleher Entrepreneur-in-Residence at The University of Texas at Austin, where they mentored and coached entrepreneurs in 2014-2015. Lauranne has a strong background in venture capital, having served as the Managing General Partner/CFO at G-51 Capital Management, LLC from 2000 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a CFO at NLynx Systems, Inc., a software and hardware manufacturing company. Lauranne started their career as a Senior Accountant at Wheeler and Co., LLP and worked as an Advanced Accounting Staff member at EY, where they conducted financial audits and recruited new staff members.

Lauranne Jarrett received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business in 1990. Lauranne then went on to obtain an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Management from the Texas McCombs School of Business from 1995 to 1997.
