John Pinero

John Pinero has a diverse work experience, starting from 2009 as a Portfolio Services Manager at SAFCO. John then moved on to serve as a Senior Funding Manager and later as the Director of Loan Servicing. In 2020, John joined Wells Fargo as a Senior Manager in the Executive Complaints Office until 2021. John then worked at CareCentrix as a Senior Operations Manager for a brief period before joining Vroom as a Director of Customer Experience in 2022. Currently, John is the Director of Client Results at Liveops, Inc.

John Pinero has a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree from Southern New Hampshire University. John also has a High Performance Leadership certification from Cornell University, which they obtained in 2015.
