Mary Shanks

Mary Shanks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client management and Salesforce administration. Currently serving as a Senior Salesforce Administrator and Senior Client Results Manager at Liveops, Inc. since October 2019, Mary has developed a strong skill set in optimizing client results. Prior to this, Mary worked as a Consultant at SBTI from November 2012 to September 2019 and briefly as an Event Coordinator at Casana in 2018. Earlier in the career, Mary held positions such as Account Manager at Lancôme and Beauty Advisor for Estee Lauder at Younkers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Northern Michigan University and currently pursuing a Mini MBA in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Artificial Intelligence at Rutgers Business School.
