Anna Karpenko is an experienced software technical lead with a strong background in software engineering and product management. Currently at LivePerson since March 2016, Anna leads a team of engineers in developing and maintaining a high-volume messaging platform. Previous roles at LivePerson include software engineering manager and technical lead, where significant contributions were made in developing innovative solutions and managing teams. Anna's earlier experience at SolidCAM as a product specification manager and QA team lead involved technical evaluations, feature design, and project management. With foundational engineering experience as a structured cabling engineer, Anna holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in CAD/CAM/CAE from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
