Mulugeta Gudecha

Mulugeta Gudecha is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in managing and developing cross-functional teams. Currently serving as Group Software Engineering Manager and Tech Hub Lead at Riverty since November 2022, Mulugeta empowers teams to deliver value across various platform and experience products. Prior roles include Head of Application Platform Development at Siemens Energy, where Mulugeta delivered a unified application platform for digital products, and Software Engineering Team Lead at Siemens, overseeing global teams in the development of customer-facing solutions. Early experience includes positions as Senior Software Engineer at BWaste International BV and Software Engineer at ROSEN, as well as academic roles at Hawassa University. Mulugeta holds a Master of Science in Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation from the University of Twente and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Mekelle University.
