Daryll Rowe is an experienced operations excellence manager and external training program manager with a career spanning over 15 years in enhancing operational processes and workflows for B2C and B2B messaging. Currently at LivePerson since March 2022, Daryll focuses on optimizing efficiency, quality, and productivity in contact centers globally, while also developing training programs for clients on leveraging Conversational Cloud. Previously, Daryll held various roles at Virgin Media Ireland, including senior operations excellence manager and digital services manager, directing digital transformation initiatives and managing customer service teams. Early career experience at Telefonica O2 Ireland included project management and team leadership in the eCare department.
