Kent Burns

Kent Burns is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and client services. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Success Manager at LivePerson since May 2014, Kent focuses on optimizing client relationships, achieving key performance indicators, and executing strategies to deliver ROI. Prior to LivePerson, Kent was a Strategic Account Executive at Afni, where responsibilities included project planning, client communication, and program improvement for Web Chat programs. Additional experience includes sales roles at Bob Evans Sales and Securian Financial Group, where Kent developed strong client relationships and sales strategies.
