Linh Tran

Linh Tran is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in product management and engineering, currently serving as SVP, Head of Product for LivePerson's Conversation Cloud Platform, Copilot, and Voice AI since March 2019. At LivePerson, Linh leads a team of over 100 product managers and engineers, overseeing product vision, strategy, and development for platforms that manage significant conversation volumes. Prior to LivePerson, Linh held key roles at Microsoft, including Senior Product Manager for PowerApps, where strategic innovations resulted in increased user engagement, and various technical positions that focused on product advocacy and quality assurance.
