Sergey Kalashian

Sergey Kalashian is a Principal Software Engineer at LivePerson since June 2017, specializing in LLM foundational services to integrate Generative AI capabilities into products. Previously, Sergey served as a Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead, overseeing the NLU component of the conversation builder, and contributed to various microservices for NLU model management.
