Arunabh Das Sharma has a wealth of experience in the business world. Arunabh began their career in 1993 as an Area Sales Manager at ITC Ltd., where they launched seven new brands and achieved market leadership for the first time in over 40 years from the Indian arm of Phillip Morris. In 1996, they joined The Coca-Cola Company as a Brand Manager and created India-specific communication which put CCI on track to overtake Pepsi in India. Arunabh then moved to GSK in 1997 as a Marketing Manager and led an ultra successful relaunch that got them leadership in the HFD category overtaking the incumbent leader. In 2001, they became the CEO of Intercept Technologies, which was later sold to WNS Global Services. After that, they joined The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in 2002 as Director of Marketing and Export Sales, where they were responsible for making investment cases that drove significant turnaround in the India business. In 2006, they became the Sr. Director of Whirlpool and Value brands at Whirlpool Corporation, where they were responsible for strategic direction, consumer insights, claims support and communications for the brand. In 2011, they joined Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) as President and Executive President and Advisor Strategic Initiatives, where they were a member of the BCCL board and part of the top leadership team. Arunabh was responsible for the entire front end of the business, including revenue and related functions. In 2016, they joined Sagacito Technologies as CEO & MD, where they headed a cloud-based, mobile-first enterprise level SaaS company. Finally, in 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Liveplex.

Arunabh Das Sharma completed their Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics from Delhi University between 1988 and 1991. Arunabh then went on to pursue an MBA in Marketing and Economics from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta between 1991 and 1993. In 2014, they completed the Stanford Executive Program from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in Business Administration and Management.
