Ryan Rucker is a Deputy Chief in the Fire Prevention department of Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department since April 2014. Prior to this, Ryan held positions in the Santa Clara County Fire Department and City of Oakland, gaining experience in fire prevention and inspection. Ryan has a Master's degree in Public Administration from National University, a Bachelor's degree in Fire Administration from University of Silicon Valley, and an Associate's degree in Fire Protection Technology from Mission College.
