Ann Noble

Ann Noble is an experienced social worker and independent consultant specializing in bespoke assessments for children and their families. Since March 2018, Ann has operated as an Independent Consultant while concurrently serving as Team Leader for Children's Services and previously as a Social Worker at Liverpool City Council since July 1993. Ann also briefly worked as an Independent Social Worker in early 2018. Academic credentials include a degree in Social Work from Liverpool John Moores University (1990-1993) and an Access to Social Work qualification from Liverpool City College (1988-1990).
