Jackie Crawford is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the visitor economy sector, currently serving as the Visitor Services Manager at Liverpool City Council since August 2005. With a proven track record of delivering exceptional service, Jackie played a key role in the success of Liverpool's 2008 European Capital of Culture program and has led the Tourist Information Centres to receive national awards, including Visit England TIC of the Year in 1998, 2008, and 2018. Previously, Jackie held positions as a Tourist Information Supervisor and Tourism Manager at The Mersey Partnership from 1998 to 2005, and worked as a Customer Service Representative at The Beatles Story from 1991 to 1998. Jackie completed education at St Hilda's C of E High School from 1979 to 1984.
