Sarah Briscoe worked as an IT Trainer for Happy North at Happy Computers from May 2005 to April 2009. Sarah then transitioned to Liverpool City Council in April 2009, where Sarah currently holds the position of Learning and Development Manager. In this role, Sarah leads a team of L&D practitioners in developing and delivering a wide range of training programs across the council, including leadership and management training, coaching and mentoring, soft skills development, and more. Additionally, Sarah heads a group of coaching ambassadors and is qualified as an ILM Level 5 coach.
