Sian Bailey

Sian Bailey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment, project management, and fan engagement. Currently serving as Senior Fan Experience Manager at Liverpool Football Club since January 2022, Sian previously held various leadership roles within the Royal Navy from 1999 to 2022, including RN Recruitment & Attraction Future Development and Royal Navy Diversity Outreach Lead for Northern England. Sian's background also features project management at the University of Liverpool, focusing on student administration and support, and teaching as a secondary science educator. Sian holds a Football Industries MBA from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Leeds, complemented by a PGCE in Science and Chemistry.
