Simon Lyon

Simon Lyon has extensive experience in fire and safety management, currently serving as Station Manager at Liverpool John Lennon Airport since June 1994. In this role, Simon has also held positions as Watch Manager, Crew Manager, and Leading Firefighter, starting as a Firefighter. Prior to the airport, Simon served as a Firefighter in the Royal Air Force from June 1988 to May 1994. Simon is a graduate of Lowton High School, where studies were completed between 1981 and 1986.
