Karen Zoch

Karen Zoch has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Karen started their career in 2007 as a Manager of Strategy and Planning at Queensland Transport. In 2009, they joined Transport and Main Roads as the Director of Capability and Organisational Development, where they worked until 2012. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at UnitingCare Community, first as an HR Specialist and then as a Manager of Engagement and Capability. Since 2016, Karen has been working as the Director of People and Communication at Lives Lived Well.

Karen Zoch obtained their Graduate Certificate in Business with a specialization in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Organizations from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources at the University of Southern Queensland from 1995 to 1998.
