Hannah Cope has extensive experience in the health and fitness industry, currently serving as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and Healthcare Assistant at Livewell Southwest since April 2020. Previous roles include Membership Consultant and Fitness Manager at Nuffield Health and Personal Trainer positions at Virgin Active and PureGym, where personalized training plans and fitness classes were delivered. Hannah's management skills were demonstrated as Assistant Gym Manager at PureGym, achieving notable accolades such as runner-up for Assistant Manager of the Year in 2014. With a background in retail development for GlaxoSmithKline and a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University, Hannah possesses strong expertise in promoting healthy lifestyles and supporting athletes' psychological needs.
