David Gates

David Gates has a vast amount of experience in the property management industry. David began their career as a Leasing Specialist at Pendergraph Management in 2000 and quickly progressed to become a Property Manager. In 2004, Gates joined Ambling Management Company, where they worked their way up to Regional Vice President, overseeing multiple properties. In 2014, they joined Concord Management Limited as an Operations Director before moving on to become the Chief Executive Officer of Triumph Housing Management, LLC in 2016. Currently, Gates serves as the Executive Vice President at Weller.

David Gates attended the University of South Carolina from 1999 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Management and Accounting. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, at the University of South Carolina.
