Erica Case

Erica Case currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at LiveWire, the only publicly traded electric vehicle motorcycle company, since January 2024. Prior to this role, Erica accumulated extensive experience at Harley-Davidson Motor Company from September 2007 to December 2023, advancing through various positions including Director Field Human Resources for Global Product Development & Manufacturing, Director Field HR for Product Development & Wisconsin Operations, and HR Manager, among others. Additionally, Erica owned Alchemist Theatre & Lounge from January 2008 to December 2018, and held roles at Kraft Foods as Manager HRT&I and Associate HR Manager, as well as at SBC as Labor Relations Manager. Erica holds a Master of Business Administration from Alverno College, earned between 2013 and 2015, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the same institution.
