Gina Goetter

Gina Goetter currently serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer at Hasbro, a position held since May 2023. In addition, Gina is a member of the Board of Directors at SC Johnson since October 2022 and was also a board member at LiveWire from November 2022 to August 2023. Previously, Gina was the Chief Financial Officer at Harley-Davidson Motor Company from October 2020 to April 2023 and held the role of Senior Vice President, Segment CFO for Tyson Foods’ $9B Prepared Foods business from February 2019 to November 2020. Earlier career steps included significant roles at General Mills, where Gina served as Vice President of Financial Operations and held various senior finance positions, culminating in considerable influence over financial performance in well-known brands. Gina holds an MBA in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management and a BASc in Finance & Economics from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
