Karim Donnez

Karim Donnez currently serves as the CEO of LiveWire, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, Karim was the President of the Marine Group at BRP from 2015 to 2023, overseeing notable brands such as Manitou and Alumacraft boats, among others. Earlier in the career, Karim held senior executive roles at BRP, including Global Head of Corporate Strategy & Planning and Senior Vice President, where responsibilities encompassed corporate development and business transformation. Karim's experience also includes a significant tenure at Rio Tinto from 2008 to 2015, where management roles spanned operational oversight of refineries and strategy development. Starting as an Analyst and progressing to Senior Manager at Accenture, Karim specialized in management consulting covering post-merger integration and organizational transformation. Karim holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Arts et Métiers, an MBA from HEC Montréal, a certificate in Artificial Intelligence from MIT, and completed the Business Leadership Program at Duke University.
