Client Services Manager at LiveWorld

Berkley Carden has been working in client services for over eight years. Berkley began their career as a Client Services Supervisor at ICUC in September 2010. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day contact with clients, mentoring and coaching a team of content specialists, enforcing community safety and usage policies, and monitoring activity and responses to posts on social media spaces. Berkley was also responsible for training new team members on technical requirements, logins, and software.

In January 2018, Berkley left ICUC to take on the role of Client Services Manager at LiveWorld. In this role, they are responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing quality of service, and conducting regular assessments of training and support needs. Berkley works closely with account managers, resources, training, and quality control on all accounts to ensure that clients are satisfied with the LiveWorld experience.
