After a stint at Blackstreet Capital Management LLC as a Summer/Fall Associate, Rishi joined The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America as an Associate in the Strategic Initiatives group - Guardian Labs.

Rishi holds a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
