Ivan Augusto de Oliveira has been working in the field of marketing and research for over 25 years. Ivan Augusto started their career in 1995 as a teacher at SEVEN Idiomas. In 2001, they joined Nielsen as a Project Manager at Nielsen Customized Research, and was later promoted to Account Executive. In 2002, they moved to BASES as a Project Manager. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Grupo Manga as a Planner/Copywriter, Leggett & Platt as a New Business Manager, and TNS as an Account Manager. In 2010, they joined GfK as an Account Director - Health, and from 2015 to 2019 they were the Business Director at OliveTree Consultoria em Marketing e Pesquisa de Mercado. Most recently, they were the Managing Director Latin America at LivFul, Inc.

Ivan Augusto de Oliveira has a diverse educational background. In 1990-1994, they attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo, studying Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. In 1998-2002, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Advertising from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. In 2004, they attended HAGGAI INSTITUTE for Leadership. In 2015, they attended FEBRACIS for COACHING. Ivan Augusto also attended Seven English and Español for a Cambridge Certificate of Skills in English Preparatory Course for English Teachers. In 2017, they obtained their Master of Divinity (MDiv) in Teologia/Estudos Teológicos from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, as well as a Formação de Escritores in Letras - Literatura from Secretaria da Cultura de Santos - Núcleo de Incentivo à Palavra.
