Sushree Sarayu

Sushree Sarayu has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Sushree started their career as an HR Executive at The NIS Academy, where they trained business relation executives and counsellors and participated in designing and implementing training programs.

Sushree then served as a Sr. Manager of Human Resources at Johnson Controls for nine years, where they gained extensive experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance appraisals, training and development, compensation management, talent management, and HR operations. Sushree was also responsible for developing HR infrastructure, policies, and systems.

Currently, Sushree is working as an Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at Livguard. In this role, they are responsible for the entire employee base across India for the Livguard Business Unit. Sushree'srole involves strategic business partnership, providing strategic HR consulting to senior leaders, building proficiency and talent pipeline, and supporting the business in various HR matters.

Throughout their career, Sushree has demonstrated excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage relationships at all levels. Sushree is a strong communicator and has a deep understanding of HR practices and processes.

Sushree Sarayu obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management Bhubaneswar, where they studied from 2000 to 2002.
