Anthony Fung has a diverse work experience in the field of information security. Anthony is currently working as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at livi bank since September 2022. Previously, they served as the Head of Information Security at HKJC from October 2020 to March 2022, and as the Group Head of Cyber Security at AIA from May 2019 to June 2020.
Before that, Anthony worked at OCBC Bank as the TISO Singapore, Head Group Redteam, Cyber Intel, Forensic from May 2018 to May 2019. Anthony also held multiple roles at Standard Chartered Global Business Services, including Head of Cyber Forensic and Threat Intelligence from February 2017 to April 2018 and Service Head of Information Security - Monitoring and Response from February 2015 to April 2018.
Anthony's work experience also includes being a Vice President at Stroz Friedberg, LLC, where they led cyber breach investigations, digital forensics, and cyber intelligence work in Asia from January 2014 to February 2015. Anthony also served as an organizing committee member at the cloud Security Alliance (HK / Macau Chapter) from January 2012 to 2015.
Additionally, Anthony worked at Microsoft for ten years, starting as a Senior Regional Digital Crime Unit Manager (Asia Pacific) from October 2004 to January 2014. Anthony was responsible for establishing a Microsoft Digital Crimes Lab in Beijing and leading investigations on malware, cybercrimes, and online fraud cases in the Asia Pacific region.
Furthermore, Anthony served as the Vice President at HTCIA, supporting the association and security community with computer crimes and forensic knowledge exchange from January 2007 to August 2009. And they worked as an Instructor at (ISC)² from 2003 to 2005.

Anthony Fung has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Hong Kong, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa, from 1984 to 1987. Anthony also holds a certification in CISSP from the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium.
