Alison Matthey has over 20 years of experience in the field of leadership and training. Alison began their career in 1991 as a Human Resources Training and Development for MCI Telecommunications Corporation. In 2008, they founded the Dynamic Leadership Group and became a Facilitator/Coach for the Peck Training Group. In 2009, they facilitated and coached a 1-2-day leadership program for 3,000 union and non-union employees at BNSF Railway. Alison also worked as a consultant for Steinbrecher And Associates, Inc., providing leadership training, executive coaching, and safety leadership. In 2017, they became a Facilitator/Coach for Living As A Leader and in 2018, they were a Program Facilitator for Southern California Edison (SCE). Most recently, in 2019, they joined Dale Carnegie Training as a Corporate Trainer.
Alison Matthey attended the University of Iowa from 1985 to 1990 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
