John Rutkiewicz

John Rutkiewicz has been working in the field of leadership development since 2006. John began their career at Direct Supply as the Director of Learning and Leadership Development in 2006. In 2012, they became the Owner of Leadership Transformations, LLC and a Facilitator and Coach for Living As A Leader. Most recently, they have been an Instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Continuing Studies since 2020.

John Rutkiewicz received their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1987. John then returned to the same university to complete their Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development and Organizational Leadership in 2011.
