Theresa Custer

Theresa Custer has over 30 years of work experience in the financial services industry. From 1984 to 1990, they held the role of Manager of Customer Service, Escrow & Special Loans at Dominion Bankshares, Inc. Theresa then moved to Trustbank, formerly known as Dominion Federal S&L, where they held the role of Vice President and Loan Servicing Manager from 1990 to 1992. Following this, they were Vice President and Loan Servicing Manager at Columbia First Bank, NA from 1992 to 1995. In 1995, they joined Mortgage Dynamics, Inc as Director of Operations and Senior Consultant, where they managed a team of 75+ employees and provided consultative services to mortgage customers. In 2005, Mortgage Data Management Corporation, which was acquired by Opus Capital Markets, LLC, hired Custer as Managing Director, where they managed all activities related to due diligence operations. From 2010 to 2020, they were Managing Director at Regional Appraisal Management, LLC and Owner at Custer Business Consulting LLC, where they worked with small businesses to develop strategic plans, evaluate technology and financial needs. In 2020, they joined LifeWise Ingredients as Growth Development Manager, and from 2010 to the present, they have been Managing Director, Facilitator and Leadership Coach at Living As A Leader, where they are responsible for all areas of strategic planning, finance, technology, HR, legal and administration. In March 2013, Custer received their Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification.

Theresa Custer completed their education history with a Professional Certified Coach (PCA) from the International Coach Academy (ICA) from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended the University of Maryland from 1982 to 1986, studying Accounting. Theresa has also obtained additional certifications from the International Coach Academy (ICA) and the International Coaching Federation, including a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) in 2013 and 2021 respectively, an ICF Member Badge in 2021, a Certified FlipIt Group Coach, a Certified Gallup Global Strengths Coach, and a Taking Flight with DISC Certified Facilitator.
