The team works collaboratively to enhance the health and well-being of residents, ensuring they receive quality, compassionate care tailored to their individual needs.

Healthcare Team

The Counseling and Support Team at Living Branches provides comprehensive emotional, social, and spiritual support to residents across three campuses. The team includes social workers, an admission counselor, a sales counselor/community liaison, a pastoral care provider, and a communication and support coordinator. They work collaboratively to ensure residents have access to necessary resources, smooth transitions into the community, and enriched living experiences through personalized care and supportive services.

The Human Resources Team at Living Branches is responsible for managing employee payroll, benefits, and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), developing and implementing HR policies, providing support and resources to staff, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The team also focuses on recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development to create a positive work environment for over 600 team members across three campuses.
