Manny Rodriguez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in P&L management and leadership across various sectors, particularly in HVAC, plumbing, and related industries. Currently serving as the Region Director Southwest at Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning since February 2022, Manny oversees a budget exceeding $150M and manages 12 mechanical contractor businesses. Prior roles include Region Director Mid Atlantic and CEO of The Collaborative Realm, where significant achievements included a successful business exit. Manny has held key positions at Schneider Electric, TIGERFLOW Pumps LLC, and Xylem Inc., along with serving as a Business Solutions Performance Lead at Waste Management, Inc. and Financial Adviser at New York Life Insurance Company.
