Kate Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kate began their career in 1992 as part of the Mountbatten Internship Programme at Radix Organization Inc in New York. Kate then moved on to SBC Warburg, where they worked in the Equity Capital Markets Group and Corporate Finance from 1993 to 1997. Kate then joined UBS Investment Bank, initially as an Associate Director in European Equities Trading from 1997 to 2000 and later as an Associate Director in European Equities Sales Trading from 2000 to 2001. In 2002, they became an Associate Adviser at AWD Chase de Vere. Kate's next position was as the Founder & Design Director at Cordello Home, a homewares business that they started in 2014. Finally, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Living Group in November 2003, where they specialize in integrated branding and communications for clients in the financial, professional services, property, and technology sectors.
Kate Shaw attended Haberdashers' Aske's School for Girls in Elstree, Herts from 1985 to 1990.
