Stephen Edwards

Stephen Edwards is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as President and Chief Financial Officer at Dimension Hospitality since August 2022, Edwards also holds the position of Venture Partner at Ascendo Venture Capital, where the focus is on investing in scalable businesses led by female and minority entrepreneurs. As a co-founder of Living Kitchen and former founder of ReadyPrep, Inc., Edwards demonstrates a strong commitment to the food and beverage sector. Previous leadership roles include Executive Chairman and CEO at Cosi, Senior Managing Director at Atticus Capital LLC, and Managing Director at Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill & Co. Edwards holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Yale University.
