Founded in 1998, Chansen Media Group is the largest publisher of community magazines in Texas. Chansen prints and distributes 18 editions of Living Magazine each month. 

After creating thousands of successful advertising campaigns for clients over the last 18 years, Chansen Media Group has extended its products and services to include commercial printing and direct mail services. Living Magazine is the most distributed community magazine in the state of Texas. Each month, more than 490,000 copies are direct mailed to homes in 95 suburban cities throughout the Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston markets.

Each month, Living Magazine publishes business spotlights and business profiles on local, community businesses. Each edition of the magazine has a city-specific community calendar, where the readers can learn about family-friendly activities in their neighborhood.

As a quality-of- life publication, Living Magazine also produces inspiring and challenging editorial content that is relevant to all readers.
