Graham Swankie has a strong background in the restaurant industry, with experience ranging from general manager to owner/director positions. Starting off as a General Manager at Budda group/Darkstar Ltd, Graham then moved on to become the Director and operations manager of The Meat Bar Restaurant and Bath Street Pony in Glasgow. Currently, Graham holds the position of Operations Director at Gin71 and Owner / Director at Stack and Still Ltd.
