Matthew Lee-Cook

Matthew Lee-Cook has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Biomedical Sciences from The University of Manchester. Matthew has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, serving as a General Manager for Living Ventures Group of Companies at Australasia in Manchester, Blackhouse in Leeds, and Blackhouse Manchester - The Grill on the Alley. Matthew also held the role of General Manager at Gusto Restaurants and Bars. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Bar Manager and Assistant Bar Manager at Individual Restaurants.
