Vernan Richards

Vernan Richards has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance industry. Vernan began their career in 2008 as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they focused on transaction services and provided due diligence advice for retail, consumer, and leisure deals. In 2014, they joined Catalyst Corporate Finance as an Executive, providing advice on company sales, acquisitions, debt advisory, and management buy-outs. Vernan later became a Principal at Catalyst before moving on to Alantra in 2018, where they served as a Vice President, offering M&A, equity capital markets, and debt advisory capabilities. Currently, since November 2018, they are an Investment Director at Livingbridge.
